Any import duties, customs charges, or local taxes applicable in the destination country are the responsibility of the customer.
SD’s Collection is not liable for these additional charges.

4. Order Confirmation

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation via email or WhatsApp.

5. Order Processing & Dispatch

All products undergo a quality check before dispatch.
Orders are typically dispatched within 2–3 business days after confirmation.

6. Delivery Timeline

Delivery time depends on the customer’s location and courier partner.
Domestic deliveries are generally faster, while international deliveries may take longer.

7. Courier Services

We use reliable courier partners, selected based on your location, to ensure safe and timely delivery.

Tracking details will be shared via email or WhatsApp once your order is dispatched.

9. International Delivery Disclaimer

While we strive for timely delivery, international shipments may be subject to delays due to customs clearance processes in the destination country.
SD’s Collection cannot guarantee delivery timelines for international orders.

10. Address Accuracy & Changes

Customers are requested to provide accurate phone number, email address, and complete shipping address (including PIN code) at checkout.
Address changes can only be accommodated before dispatch. Once the order is shipped, modifications will not be possible.
